Jane Placeholder founded Penfield Advisors LLC after two decades working inside schools and educational organizations â as a classroom teacher, a program director, and ultimately a district-level administrator. That path shaped a simple conviction: the best advice comes from people who have had to implement it themselves.
Over the course of that career, Jane Placeholder led curriculum redesigns, guided institutions through accreditation review, and built student support programs that outlasted the grant cycles that funded them. The through line has always been the same â translating ambitious goals into work that teachers and administrators can actually carry out.
Jane Placeholder holds a placeholder degree from Placeholder University and a placeholder graduate credential in educational leadership. Outside of client work, they speak at regional education conferences and mentor early-career school leaders.
